Labour force statistics = Statistiques de la population active : 1982-2002 / OECD

The Labour Force Statistics publication provides detailed annual statistics on key elements of labour force for the 30 Member countries of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Through the provision of extended time series shown in this publication it is possible to identify structural changes that have taken place in the labour force of these countries with respect to gender, age, activities, etc., for the major elements of the labour force, including those in the labour force, employed or unemployed. This is the 39th edition of Labour Force Statistics since the first issue in October 1961. This publication is divided into two parts: Part I contains summary tables showing the same aggregates for all OECD Member countries as well as for some OECD country groupings for the years 1979 to 2002. Part II contains tables by country for the years 1982 to 2002; each country has four or five basic tables as well as summary methodological information.. The tables are standardised for all countries. Table I presents population data and its component change. Table II presents the main labour force components, part-time employment and unemployment duration series. Table III presents time series for Participation rates and Unemployment rates by age and gender. Table IV presents civilian employment broken down by professional status and activity according to ISIC Revision 2. Table V presents civilian employment and employees data broken down by activity according to ISIC Revision 3.
