Περίληψη: The paper reviews the recent EU policy developments in education and training, highlights the diversity of instruments and approaches, clarifies their contribution to an increased policy learning process in the EU as well as their relevance to VET systems and policy learning in the ETF partner countries, draws lessons and questions from experiences arising from the implementation of ETF projects, and analyses the context and opportunities created by the new instruments for external assistance.
