Μεταξύ των εργοδοτών συγκαταλέγεται και το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο, για τους εργαζόμενους με σχέση εργασίας ιδιωτικού δικαίου στις Δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, Ν.Π.Δ.Δ. και Ο.Τ.Α.

This publication brings together the main findings from national reports of all European Union Member States and Norway on the prevention of racism at the workplace. It reviews labour markets' inequality and discrimination against migrant workers and ethnic minorities and presents existing national, employers' and trade union policies against this phenomena. In addition, it identifies obstacles to improvement and concludes with possible initiatives or strategic options which could be adopted both at national and EU level in order to prevent racism at work.
